Rooms very noisy.
We had a downstairs room and we could hear the people upstairs every night. Then during the day there were repairs being made. So the rooms are not soundproof. I left some items at the hotel and called 4 times and was always given the runaround and never found out if they had the items or not. Front desk workers were not very friendly. Felt like I was imposing on them during check in.

This Best Western property needed seious updating. Our room smelled musty and smelly. The carpet felt sticky, the base and walls had some patchys that needed repair. Bathroom was not clean upon our arrival, the towels had that yellowish color from bleach and the shower head rotated when water turned on, shower faucet was not aligned with the temperature. Housekeeping did better job giving us clean towels and cleaning beds after 1st day, but overall property needs serious upkeep and update.

I booked a week at a local best Western and utilized global insurance through Expedia in case I had to cancel. I had to cancel and called hotel and they said to call Expedia and then Expedia said to call global and then global insurance denied my claim and so I’m out $500 I will never ever use global insurance again nor use Expedia who had them on their website so I’m very disappointed in that this occurred. So Expedia for me is dead to me now. Global is a grifter company and beware!
