its very quiet and kinda isolated up there. that was what I needed for a few days. The rooms walk in shower with bench accommodated me nicely as I recover from foot surgery. I decided to extend my stay and was advised what to do to keep that room. The next morning I was told I woukd have to check out of that room for an inferior room on the second floor at a higher rate. If I had the energy I would have departed that morning. and now im feeling bamboozled. later that afternoo i thought a good soak in the jacuzzi will help. The water was stone cold. it was corrected the day I checked out. I departed feeling much better than when I arrived. The staff treated me with courtesy, dignity and respect. That goes along way with me.

Customer service is great
The customer service was at the front desk was very helpful and considerate of our needs. The customer service in the dining area was fantastic and very nice. Our stay was good until we saw bites all over one person the next morning. Not sure what bit the person up all over but something did. Other than that, it was ok.
