Dominique at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of my family. Her service alone saved our stay- we booked a room through hotels.com for 5 people, and to our understanding, we would be staying in a room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. This was not the case. Hotels.com did not properly list the accomodations at this property. As a result, the hotel staff was left to pick up the pieces. Fortunately, we were lucky and the outstanding staff and management quickly accommodated our needs. Super impressed with this team and will return solely because of the customer service we received! Will not be booking through hotels.com again....

Lack of Attention!

The bed was very uncomfortable - [ the room felt very Dated,..- The Check in front desk clerk wrote 265 on the key card envelope = But the "6" was extremely sloppy [ there was no [ top ] to the "6" so looked like a ( 4 ) ] so - im walking up and down the hall [ to the furthest room away from the elevator,,,thank you! ] looking for a room that didn't exist - had to ask cleaningstaff what she thought the room number might be..she [ guessed ] 265!

It was quiet, good size room with modern appearance. The bed was comfortable. The shower just needed some additional cleaning as hairs were not cleaned off the tiles. But the staff brought in someone to take care of it.

Over-priced for mediocre accommodations

Being on a bereavement trip, we were pleased to be able to check in early. Amy, the GM was friendly and accommodating. The room was an odd configuration- the bed was not in the usual place and the night table fit tightly on the wall side, with the drawer facing the mattress and was inoperable being it was faced the wrong way. The bed should have been on the left wall and facing the TV. The over-sized couch should not be blocking the window and took up too much space in the room. There was no microwave and the refrigerator did not work. There was only one bath towel each and no hand or wash cloth for the second person. No carpet and floor was sticky in spots. No complimentary breakfast- only food for purchase in the lobby with limited hours of service. Do not recommend- there are many other properties with better amenities, for a much better price.
