I had a booking for Sat, 3/15/25 for (1) night. We arrived at the property at 8:30pm. The location was closed and we were informed by an employee in the parking lot that Everhome Suites was not able to open due to permitting delays. I received no prior communication about this issue and my family had to seek an alternate location to spend the night. This was completely unacceptable. I've reached out to the hotel for a refund and so far have not heard back from them.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM they left my friends and i out in the cold after receiving a confirmation number, itinerary number and numerous confirmation emails of my stay we showed up to a CLOSED hotel theyre not even open the security guard let us stay in the parking lot while we found an actual hotel to stay in and after numerous emails and phone calls they suddenly cant respond
