Review

We stayed here after a day of wine tasting. The room was fine but when we used the shower, the entire bathroom ended up flooding. We tried calling down to the front desk to tell them about the issue but they seemed uninterested in helping us. They didn’t offer us a different room and even after we told them we didn’t have towels because we had used them all to clean the floor, they didn’t bring us anymore.

This was definitely a situation of "You get what you pay for". There is no pool, no ice machines and no late check out requests. This was told when I asked if there was a pool. I was told I had to make my own ice with the ice trays in the room. The cabinets in the kitchen area definitely need some TLC. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, but a note that says you need to walk down to the front desk to request it. We only needed a place to stay overnight, and rooms in the surrounding area were running super high, so I wasn't mad at the rate. It was a bed to sleep in & a freezer to make our own ice. Luckily I brought shampoo! LOL

The hotel was welcoming and clean, the only real issue was the kitchenette was empty, no plates or anything to cook with and no coffee maker 😞 other than that it was a 5* stay! Will book again in the future. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly as well, neighbors were kinda loud at weird hours but thats to be expected.
