This was great stay! The front desk staff was welcoming and informative. The laundry area was convenient since we had to wash sports uniforms that needed to be used the following morning. The complimentary breakfast was great — hot food was available (not just boxes of cereal and bagels) and the staff kept the dining areas clean and fresh. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was trashed. The floor was coming apart looks like it had water damage. The bathroom was also really beat up along with the furniture. Only good thing was the staff, helped me get checked in and were nice.

I had a suite, the sofa bed when opened blocked the path of those needing to use the restroom. So we did not pull out the sofa bed and the person slept on the couch.

Very clean and the staff were great - especially Hope and the woman in the breakfast room, who both went above and beyond. The hotel was clean but our room was shabby at best - torn vinyl flooring, missing baseboards, cracked tiles in the shower. Definitely due for a facelift.
