GM was very dismissive in addressing guest issues when the power/electricity went out in hotel during stay. Did not offer any reassurance or any attempts to address inconveniences to guests.

We stay in the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work so it was so terrible to walk down the stairs with our luggage and when we told the receptionist she didn’t offer a discount for the next booking, we do travel often as they can see it..

Very nice hotel in the middle of town. Easy access to everything, and the breakfast was fantastic! The room was very nice and comfortable. I appreciated the side table for my c-pap machine and was able to sleep without worrying about my hose!

This is the first Hampton I’ve ever been in that has the lobby restrooms locked. I suspect it’s due to non customers coming in.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and rooms were clean. The surrounding area of the hotel are a bit sketchy. I would not explore the town in the evening.
