We checked in pretty late as it was almost a 5 hour drive for us. By the time we arrived, I had issues checking in because she couldn't find my name, but she typed the wrong name. Checked in, showered and ready for bed. When I checked the linens, they were dirty, hair all over the linen from the previous people who stayed. I was grossed out, but it was late and my kids needed to go to bed. I hope hotels would change bedsheets after each stay. It’s important that we stay in a clean room. The breakfast was ok, they didn’t have bacon, egg tasted fake. They had other breakfast that we enjoyed such as waffles and fruits. The coffee and juice were good. I’d rate the breakfast an 8/10.

We called housekeeping & front desk answered to let them know we needed toilet paper. There was only 1/2 a roll in our bathroom & 3 people in our room when we checked in. And were told we had to go downstairs to get it. There was no extra rolls in bathroom. All the hotels we've ever stayed at we always had extra rolls in the bathroom.

Michael and Jazelle were amazing and helped to make my Wife’s wine country getaway even more memorable! Jazelle was so sweet with my Daughter and joked with her throughout our stay. Michael helped us with any requests and was patient and kind! I enjoyed the breakfast!

The blackout blind and metal holder fell onto my sister's hands and broke the skin in two places when she tried to close it. I asked that I be contacted by the manager about this very dangerous incident. I have never heard from anyone. It could have hit her on the head.
