Nice place, very close to downtown Temecula; about 5 minutes walking distance. There is an underground parking garage which is very convenient but at the same time it appears not big enough. Overall a good experience.

I loved that they allowed me to bring my dog, they advertise pet friendly hotel. However, there was no dedicated spot that I could find that was specifically for dogs besides a 2 x 3 small artificial turf right by the sidewalk. If there was an area somewhere in the hotel for dogs to walk around and play and then I missed it and the person checking us in failed to inform me of it. We did receive a cute little welcome box with a toy for my dog.

We had a coffee maker that didn't work, spewing the coffee grounds and water into the cup (yuck) and then it took two days to get them to replace it - with another one that didn't work at all... the cover was missing off the water reservoir and it wouldn't even turn on... we finally gave up. Other than that, it was okay.

Our stay was terrible. Television didn’t work, they had to give us a new room because they couldn’t get it up work. The toilet in the new room didn’t flush properly. We had to go downstairs to the lounge at 6:00 both mornings to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper in the live restroom both days. The floors were dirty. I would never stay here again
