Stayed in Rm 119. Beds were not comfortable, probably need updated. Elevator was horribly noisy and because we were first room near elevator we heard it all night long. Breakfast not included which was disappointing. Pool but no hot tub. Ice machine was on another floor upstairs which we thought was odd. Really bad smell pumped into lobby areas, like old lady perfume. The nice parts were close to Old Town, walking distance, close to shopping, and close to wine country. The bathroom was spacious and room was nice other than the very uncomfortable beds. The barn doors on bathroom were heavy and you could hear people in other rooms sliding the doors throughout the night. Closet space was nice, lots of room for luggage, even an ironing board in the closet. Shower was huge! Very nice gym for a hotel! I would stay there again but not in Rm 119...maybe another room would have a more comfortable bed and less noise.

I'll be contacting the property directly about this but 1) I woke up with bed bug bites on my ankles. 2) the smell others had described in their room I experienced as well. Was part of the HVAC system. Amazing with complaints about air quality/smell, it wouldnt have been address and resolved by now. Staff was nice but tough to give a good review with bed bug bites and a nasty smelling room. Overall property was newer and nice but why charge $12 for parking simply b/c you opted to build in underground parking. The hotel next door as a parking lot and doesn't charge.

Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, inexpensive parking, BUT housekeeping must be rushed and mediocre. Leftover wine corks on the floor from the previous guests and old coffee pods that weren’t replaced with new ones. That was a disappointment in the morning especially since I had an early morning and needed to leave the room by 6:30am for the day and the downstairs area didn’t start breakfast until 7am. Would have been helpful to have in room coffee and a little more time spent cleaning
