Sink Nightmare!!!

The sink was clogged and didn’t drain, contacted maintenance and they attempted to unclog the drain. Not only were they unable to fix it, they couldn’t move us to another room because they claimed to be sold out. The sink was left with green sitting liquid the first night then brown the next! Very unsanitary! They did offer me a discount but declined what I was asking to be refunded! Do not stay here!!

We stayed for two nights for a wedding in town. Positives: breakfast was good enough to get the day started, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable enough. Negatives: walls are super thin, you hear all the hallway commotion. Our shower didn’t work. Tub faucet leaked all the time, we had to run the fan to drown out the drip noise. The cleaning solution they use is a really strong, overpowering floral scent that made all of us congested. Window was off its tracks. There was a large metal screw stuck in an outlet that a cleaning crew should have caught and appropriately discarded. We safely removed it ourselves. A dog in a room barked for hours. Floors near the elevators were filthy. Only 3 handicapped parking spots and the rest of the spots are tight fits if you had to get a wheelchair out of the car in a regular spot. (They did allow us to park in The elite member spots to make up for that though).

We stayed here in March. It was great. This time we were on the first floor. Still very quiet. Clean room. Comfortable bed. The only thing wrong was that the tv didn’t work. Sunday morning football…makes an unhappy husband :(
