Spacious Room in need of an Upgrade

The hotel is in a good location near restaurants, a gas station and the freeway and is very convenient. The room was big and spacious. However it needs some TLC and a bit of work. The toilet handle is broken, the tub doesn’t drain while showering and the window screen needs to be replaced. During the evening bugs crawl in and look for the light fixtures.
