Planters outside the entry were used as ashtrays killing the plants. Handicapped door did not work. Handicapped pool chair did not work. Very disappointed that it was not Handicapped accessible as stated as I was traveling with 2 handicap individuals. Bathroom in the lobby area very dirty. Stayed at many Holiday Inn’s this facility was very disappointing will think twice before booking at Holiday Inn again.

Check in staff was very nice. The shower rod was falling off the wall so the shower curtain slid to the middle causing water from the shower to spray all over the bathroom floor. The tub was clogged. This room should have been taken care of before allowing anyone to stay in.

Good place all around. The only negative is the key card doesn't work very well when trying to open the door sometimes. Just have to swipe it quicker or slower. The breakfast was pretty good although it does get repetitive between scrambled eggs or omelets for part of it, but still good.

When I arrived for check in at 3:30pm I waited for 10 minutes in lobby waiting to be helped. Once the staff acknowledged me I was told the room was not ready due to staffing issues. There was another couple ahead of me which were told the same thing. My wife and I were attending a wedding nearby and had planned on getting ready in our hotel room instead of at home (2 hours away) we were forced to get ready in the public restroom at the hotel because the rooms weren’t going to be ready in time for us. Not a good experience changing and doing hair etc inside a public restroom. Not a good experience.
