Do not stay on the first floor here. They have no compunction about putting late night party people from Old Town Temecula bars right over sleeping guests at 3AM or letting room parties of more then 4 people go past 12AM. And forget about asking for another room, they will make it seem like your fault. The room AC was broken and the door lock was also hard to close. This place needs better management in general and a can do attitude to help guests. The stand outs who deserve 5 stars are the cleaning people and the gentleman that works the night shift and Angie who are professional and helpful.

The bathroom door was off the hinges so we weren’t able to close the door when we used the bathroom. The walls were extremely thin, you can hear everything the people in the next building say room are saying and doing. We ask for more towels and never received them. I was greatful to have a besides ccto go sleep in and water to take a shower with, most people don’t even have that amen!

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room did not have a fridge, microwave, or coffee machine. Granted coffee was available in the morning in the lobby and there was ice machines for ice to keep things cold. Overall I had a good experience.

Clean rooms with a great cleaning staff. On Friday and Saturday, Temecula turns into a party town and many people crash here and generally come in around midnight to 2:00AM, not sure why they are not put on lower floors. Friday we had a 4 hour party till 12Am above us and Saturday we had inebriated people throwing things on the floor for an hour at 2:30AM. The upside is that during the week this motel is quieter and next to the very walkable town of Temecula Old Town and 3 miles from loads of shopping. Bring earplugs. The motel supplies wifi there is very limited cell reception in the rooms.
