Overall room is big and clean. Our room only came with 1 bar of soap and no shampoo. I asked for more soap they did bring some. If you stay on odd number rooms it faces the street and is very loud in the morning. Wish they supplied more water bottles in the room. Myra was great at the front desk.

I loved the casino. The hotel rooms were very nice. The furniture was upgraded since the previous year that I was here. Staff is out of this world. Always have fun at Pala during the holiday season!

Everything was great with our stay in every way except the smoking is always a problem for me. I love to play kino but there is no machines in non smoking area. If that could be fixed it would make everything perfect! Also the live music is really good and we enjoyed the center stage band very much. I also love the pool area too when it is open. Thank you!

This is the second time that I have had to Move rooms due to black mold in the shower and bubbling up of sewer water into the shower and toilet from the bathtub drain. Each time they have been reluctant to offer me any type of compensation whatsoever, but finally offered a little food credit after speaking to the Manager. This is a very dangerous condition and is very hazardous to our health, especially consider the compromised immune systems of my partner and myself.
