I left our swimsuits in a drawer & called lost & found after we go home. Received a call that all was found. What are the chances of finding something you left behind in a hotel. Thank you for your prompt service after finding our suits. Breaakfast was good too.

Temecula get-away

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! We loved the breakfast buffet. Lots of seating area available, which is a plus. This property has 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, which is unusual and another plus! The staff is courteous and friendly. We enjoy the nearby Mexican restaurant/and Tortilla factory (an easy walk from hotel), good food and good prices. Restaurant does close at 9pm, just fyi. We will book again here, hopefully!

Lady at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. She was ready with a smile and replenished food and beverages that needed refilling immediately. Great service. Rooms were wonderful except my room's shower had no hot water and my friend's shower had no cold water. We were at room 305 and 303. Other than that, it was good. Noise from the freeway was not too loud. We liked that you had ear plugs for that.

It's surprisingly quiet being next to freeway...I stayed on side opposite freeway and didn't hear any traffic. Nice location fairly close to old town and main road into the wineries. Fast food nearby for night time binges. Breakfast is good, to make use of it at the hotel. This is pretty standard for Springfield...better than most other hotels in this price range.
