Modern and clean rooms with full sized fridge in the king suite. Dishes provided. Nice pool and hot tub! Staff was so nice, even though they were put through the wringer on Labor Day weekend—understaffed but they handled it like pros. Breakfast felt like I was fighting for my life lol. Too many people and not enough food, but what I did have was good 😊 just had to go back for different components as they caught up with the crowd. Would definitely stay again!

Towels not cleaned

The towels that were folded were still dirty and had marks then the housekeeping brings me more with more stains on it. Very unhealthy to use people’s towels with stains. They need to use bleach or stain remover to clean the towels wash cloths hand towels and bath mat

Great Hotel!

Great hotel choice! Very clean and well kept. I saw people cleaning inside and outside consistently. Breakfast, WiFi included was an awesome touch. The staff were very nice and always greeted us. Not far from everything and there are enough food places in the vicinity.

Very dirty, the smell in the rooms was horror, the sofa destroyed. The breakfast was good! We had to wait like 30 Min for the check in to be ready at 8 PM…

The thermostat did not work at all, the following day after I checked in maintenance guys came to replace the unit, took a few hours. The main guy was super nice but I was freezing all night, couldn’t sleep. They only have old time USB cable cable charge ports.

This hotel is conveniently located on jefferson street. Even though check in is quick, they dont give you a map of where your room is or how to get to it.
