Showed up one hour before check in time and they said no possible, check in is at 3 we told them we have to be at a wedding and she only said sorry check in is at 3. I work in hospitality i know front desk can upsell room, allow early check in to rewards members and even upgrade a rom if your category is not available yet,she didn't even ask if i was a member or tried to elavorate why not an early check in was possible.

Beautiful hotel. A quick uber ride to downtown. Lots of places to eat with in walking distance. Our room was clean and really nice. It had a full kitchen. The bbq area outside is a nice place to have a glass of wine. I highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived to the property receiving a warm welcome. There was a social hour scheduled in about 20 minutes from then. The social hour was great. I met a few people and that was really cool.The morning breakfast was awesome! There were great choices everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were also really nice. I would definitely return.

"STAYBRIDGE" = JUMP OFF A BRIDGE; DON'T STAY!!!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! 3 ATTEMPTS AT GOING TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET A ROOM KEY THAT WORKED! THE TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE 40'S AND THE HEATER DIDN'T WORK; I COULDN'T GET ANYONE TO COME LOOK AT IT AND EVEN CALLED IHG. THEIR REPLY WAS THAT THE FRONT DESK IS BUSY RIGHT NOW, SO NO ONE CAME. IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP AND HAD TO DON SEVERAL LAYERS OF CLOTHING. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE. ALSO, I HAD TO HOLD DOWN THE LEVER TO FLUSH THE TOILET.
