Do not go here!!

Upon checking in I had to wait 20-30 minutes because the front desk clerk was arguing with a customer. I had something very important to get too and the situation caused me to be late. And she tried to talk to me about it and I was just OVERLY annoyed because I was late too my event. Upon getting inside of the room it smelt like cigarette smoke and there was hair on the towels by the sink and all over the shower floor and walls and soap bar. It was absolutely disgusting. Even hair on the bead. Was not a great stay at all. I have videos of the hair.

We stayed during the holiday weekend, I understand services might be affected due to holiday. Check in area is slow and only one staff, breakfast area on Saturday morning was limited options; had to call front desk for housekeeping—- no not housekeeping, we only want them to change towels and pick up trash. Everything was limited services due to holiday weekend with possible short staff. Pool and gym kinda ok to enjoy, actually you can see the fireworks from our room window.

Staff were wonderful. We were there for three nights. First day, we requested no housekeeping for that day. However, we removed the sign from our door that evening and never got housekeeping. Trash never emptied and we had to request paper products for our room. Breakfast and cocktail hours were amazing. Everything was fresh and wonderful!
