Not enough towels, & towels need to be upgraded. Cobwebs which could easily be cleaned or eliminated, bathroom floor was not clean, bedspreads without cigarette burns, larger bars of soap, some days soap was not even provided. Air conditioning worked great. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was almost nonexistent. Power went out for approximately 10 hours, third night of our stay. Nothing was said or communicated by hotel staff. Is there any compensation for that? Our refrigerator defrosted with water all over the floor. We use towels to take care of the water. The staff in the office were friendly. Not sure I would ever stay here again.

Even discount hotels should be clean

Room smelled of cigarettes, and we switched rooms but the 2nd room still smelled. There were cigarette burns and bugs in the room. We got 2 towels and one washcloth for 3 people and they could not give us more the 1st night. Our room was not cleaned so we still did not have towels. The next day they would not give us towels again.The front office person was quite rude. I demanded towels and the front office person finally gave us towels which were dirty with brown spots. Shower barely put out water. Pillows tiny and flat. I know this was a discount hotel, but there should still be some basics and cleanliness.
