Actually was a very old motel with lots of long term rentals. Went to room and look wouldn't work, the room was a shambles, and when we turned on light in bathroom roaches scattered. We did not stay the night! Hosts were nice enough but facility was in terrible repair. Picture is very deceiving....

Filthy bathroom and jacuzzi room!

The room was dirty. Floor, bathroom had hair and feces around toilet and floor, jacuzzi Was filthy with hair and unidentifiable dirt/ body skin and/or something. There was a giant cockroach ( at least 3" long) in the bathroom floor. When asked to switch rooms they didn't have an equivalent room. I was offered no refund and they did offer to come clean, at 12 am when I'm exhausted from driving. They attempted to clean but did not do s good job!

Key cards were not programmed right so we got locked out of the room and no one would answer the front desk. Night time front desk staff left at 9 and never came back the excuse given was that she is also housekeeping so she was tired.

There was dried urine on the toilet no extra toilet paper no napkins no cups no Kleenex no paper towels no clock other guests were rowdy and partying and loud and Obnoxious the police came my first night. Door could not open all the way it got stuck in the floor. Floor of the bathtub was very slimy. There was a huge gap around the whole front door anybody talking outside sounded like they were in the room. The lamp between the beds which was my only lamp did not work I checked to see it was plugged in and it was not and there wasn’t even an outlet between the bed to even plug it in it was just there for show.

My check in was pleasant. I really enjoyed the kitchen amenities and slept well. The only issue I had was that there was hair shavings around and in the sink. As though the area hadn't been cleaned.

Stay close to the VA

The room I had was clean, bed was comfortable and it was easy access to the VA Hospital. I wish the kitchenette would of had a dish or two and silverware though.
