Overall the staff and room were very clean and maintained. The bathroom was the only issue I had. There was a small smell of mildew and the air extractor was horrible when on. RM 203. Love the pool!

I thank you all ❤️ for your great and fantastic service. I love the how clean not only your rooms but the small pool your decks and the forest within the hotel All you were exceptional fantastic. I'll see you soon at least 3 times a year. Once a again thank you very much. My only suggestion is to provide where to hang the wet shower towels to avoid ruining your beautiful furniture.

Wonderfull place great conexión with nature and confortable room the staff very kind , highly recommend this hotel for couples or families . Close to Tikal the best Mayan temples in the world !!! Relaxing experience !
