The hotel is still quite new—it opened just two months ago—which is exciting, but there are definitely areas that still need improvement. Renovations are ongoing, and it shows in places—some walls still have primer patches, and I noticed a paint bucket left out near the gym. These small details make it feel like the property isn’t fully finished yet. While the location is great, the cleanliness could be better. There was a dirty coffee pod still in the coffee maker when I arrived, and there were visible finger marks on the mirror. These things made the room feel less fresh than expected. Also, it would be a nice touch to offer lunch service, since only breakfast and dinner are currently available. Overall, it was a decent stay with good potential, but the hotel could benefit from more attention to detail and tidiness as it continues to get up and running.

Hotel was beautiful and new. Very convenient. Staff helpful and cordial. Just a little reminder at end of stay that we would have appreciated more than two cups and coffee discs. Had to find housekeeper on a few days to get more since we were there for almost a week. Suggested they put more in initially or replenish daily. Only other issue was loud grating noise when pulling sliding bathroom door closed. Appeared to just need some oil! Staff took note of these issues as we checked out and said they’d pass on. Overall, though, was lovely hotel and will stay there again!

New hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Check in was simple. Staff was always cleaning. Tight off the freeway. Not many dinning options around. Hotel had a fully stocked bar and small convenience area to purchase snacks. Hotel has a pool and sauna. Would stay here again.

Hotel great food not so

The stay was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great 👍 The only criticism i have was there food. Not the best. I order chicken wings for lunch/dinner time and it was not good at all the chicken was raw and undercooked i didnt even try to finish it and i still got very sick. Other than there food, everything else was great.

Our bathroom lights did not work for 2 days. 2 requests put in. At the end of the 2nd night, they offered to move us. We declined as we were leaving early next morning. Asked for housekeeping at 9am. We returned to a dirty room at 6pm. They then asked us to step out if we wanted the room cleaned. Asking for fresh towels was a chore. There were 3 people in the hallway cleaning, no greeting from anyone. Went in out from front desk, no greeting. They had no customers. Just head bent down The elevator, both of them moan and groan. This is relatively a new building.. I expected better.. the property is clean and the pool area is fab. Customer service has a lot to be desired. Needs a new management team.
