hotel is centrally located in town. Limited parking but we were able to get a spot. Shares breakfast with sister property across the street. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Only complaint was the lack of temperature adjustment in the room and there is no air conditioning.
Room was very small. No AC and even though we were on 7th floor, we were on the Main Street so lots of noise. We had to close the window so the room was very hot. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in hotel restaurant was also good. No restaurants in the local area so we were glad to have s good meal in the hotel.
The hotel is well-located in the heart of the city. Clean room and excellent service, the staff is here to help. A big thanks to Mitchell for the help at the check-out.
We found this a safe location with English speaking staff and excellent Restaurant for the evening meals. The manager went beyond duty to organise our bus tickets to next destination.

La habitación superior king que elegimos no tenia bidet en el baño como muestan las imagenes y en ninguna del hotel estaba habilitado el mismo x lo que no me pudieron cambiar la habitacion y tampoco modificaron el valor de la habitacion.
Nos cambiaron de hotel, no estaba limpio las habitaciones, mala atención, nos hicieron esperar para dar la habitación el el otro hotel, mal servicio, etc...
The hotel lies only few hundred meterd from city center and shopping. The hotel has s cafe where you can buy hbeer, wine cakes and some food.
The rooms is large with bathroom, refridgietor, TV but no water heater.

Prepotencia, poca empatía y nula solución
Una estadía para el olvido por culpa de la encargada de reservas, la cual no sabía sobre los beneficios que entrega Hoteles.com a sus miembros; me obligaron a dejar una garantía que no me correspondía porque mi estadía está costo 0 al canjear una noche gratis. Luego de pagar llame a hoteles.com y ellos llamaron al hotel donde respondieron que hoy lunes 10 me contactarían para devolver el dinero de la garantía … obviamente no me llamaron y tampoco respondieron a mi email. Seria bueno que capaciten a los encargados de reservas para que no vuelvan a cometer estos errores.
Al llegar al hotel, no existía la reserva efectuada hace meses con anterioridad por la pagina hoteles.com
