The hotel is pretty basic. Breakfast is ok, not many options. Overall is an hotel. In order to improve they need to provide training to their staff. All the interactions we had with them lack professionalism. First, to do our check in, the 2 girls at the front desk were talking between them and took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge our presence there, note that we were the only ones waiting. The hotel has potential to be a great hotel, when they have a team that is friendly and professional. Also, improve your breakfast options, perhaps have a real restaurant and stop using the lobby to serve breakfast to your clients.
