The hotel is pretty basic. Breakfast is ok, not many options. Overall is an hotel. In order to improve they need to provide training to their staff. All the interactions we had with them lack professionalism. First, to do our check in, the 2 girls at the front desk were talking between them and took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge our presence there, note that we were the only ones waiting. The hotel has potential to be a great hotel, when they have a team that is friendly and professional. Also, improve your breakfast options, perhaps have a real restaurant and stop using the lobby to serve breakfast to your clients.

A acomodação não ofereceu conforto. Não foi disponibilizado cobertor e nenhum tipo para essa finalidade, então foi utilizado o lençol da cama para dormir; não foi disponibilizado 2 toalhas de qualidade (uma das toalhas era pequena e tão fina que parecia de rosto). E a tv não se consegue acessar programas básicos como youtube ou netflix

Experiência terrível.
O hotel proporcionou uma experiência terrível. Explico. A estrutura é razoável: prédio antigo, mas reformado; o espaço dos quartos é ok; as roupas de cama e banho são horríveis (muito finas, dispostas em pouca quantidade, etc). Detalhe importante: o ar condicionado começou a jorrar água em cima do sofá-cama onde minha filha dormia. O atendimento poderia ser muito melhor: não tem serviço de quarto; chegamos com criança de colo, malas, etc, e o recepcionista sequer se levantou para oferecer ajuda para pegar água na geladeira (porque precisamos levar para o quarto) ou um carrinho (faltou apenas falar “se vira aí”; talvez não seja a função dele, mas é questão de educação); o pessoal que atendeu de noite era mais educado e simpático. Obs.: Como não há serviço de quarto, não havia telefone para acionar a recepção quando o ar condicionado estragou. A solução era descer. O café da manhã é uma tragédia: não falo das opções (que também poderiam ser melhores), mas da falta de capricho (ovos mexidos e molho de cachorro quente - que deveria ser realmente quente - estavam gelados, o presunto parecia que tinha sido cortado no machado kkk, etc). Foi ruim meeesmo! Em síntese: procurem outro lugar para ficar. Tenho certeza que não precisa de muito esforço para encontrar algo melhor.
