El baño siempre estaba húmedo por dos pequeñas fugas de agua en el WC y el lavamanos. El agua de la alberca y el jacuzzi podrían estar más limpias.

Alerta en Tepoztlán amigos viajeros .
Pague una suite, paredes humedas y levantadas y encontré cucaracha, zancudos, fuga lavabo y wc , el agua caliente a goteo y escasa en regadera, colchón infame, toallas rotas ,desapareció una playera , administración aceptó pero no aparecio, un empleado altanero , muy mala experiencia , me retire por temor.

A la llegada nos dijeron que contaban con desayuno y snacks durante el dia. Nunca hubo snacks (hamburguesas, papas) no te permitian llevar tus papas o botana; pero tampoco tenian para ofrecerte aun cuando en el checkin dijeron que si. El cuarto se lleno de agua en la regadera, wc, estancia, ventana durante la lluvia. Al despetarnos estaba todo mojado, esro fue 2 dias seguidos. El persobal amable y servicial. El ultimo dia un huesped puso musica a todo volumen a las 8am y nadie le dijo nada, todo lo contrario; hasta le fueron a ofrecer desayuno al cuarto. El lugar es bonito pero descuidado.

Todo estuvo muy bien , lo único es que no tienen buenas opciones para comer . Puro snak . Pero el Servicio de Jesús y Ana muy bueno . Fui con mi hijo de 8 años y la pasamos muy bien .

Es un lugar agradable, muy tranquilo para pasar el fin de seamana, sin embargo, me parece que necesitan personal mas calificado y atento. Las instalaciones no son malas, pero les falta mejorar un poquito el mobiliario, que sin bien no está mal sí es un poco viejo. Hace falta mejorar por mucho la venta de productos, solo tienen un refrigerador con refrescos y cerveza.
