Beautiful view and great service. However, our room wasn’t the cleanest (found dirt on floors and hair in the shower). I did leave feedback upon checking in but no one got back to me. Excellent location if you’re accessing the marina to catch a ferry to other islands. Nice breakfast offered in the morning complete with plant-based options, which was appreciated.

This hotel is a standout in the area. Perfect location, easy and accessible parking, in-house dining, and the decor was outstanding. Room was spacious, had everything we could need for our stay. Our one issue was the same as many have noted in reviewes: the air conditioners don't seem to really work. The one in the bedroom seemed to sort of work, but definitely never reached the set temperatures, so we ensured we kept the bedroom door closed at all times to give it the best chance. The air conditioner in the living area responsible for the rest of the apartment definitely didn't do anything besides blowing room temperature air. At some points, it was better to open the patio door for the less warm outside air. This should definitely be looked into as it was pretty uncomfortable.

Hôtel fraîchement rénové, certaines commodités ont besoin d’un ajustement. Le personnel était très compétent, serviable et accueillant. Le restaurant de l’Hotel (Texan) sert des plats délicieux et généreux. Le déjeuner inclus était très bon aussi.

Beautiful location, interesting music in the square, lovely garden behind. Breakfast was ample and well prepared. Front desk was always helpful with good advice.

This Hotel should not be rated as a 4 star. Breakfast was not good, staff not friendly, accommodations was not the best. First words out of the front desk reception was always NO. Asked them to get me in touch with a car rental company when I arrived they were not able and sent me back to airport. After investigating on my own we found Drive Terceira excellent car rental not far from hotel who dropped off a rental and picked it up. They did not know this at the front desk. I asked for an iron table and was told to pick it up myself at the front desk. Would not recommend and would not come back.
