Very clean and in a good location.

The apartment was gorgeous. Very clean. Loved the location because it was only a few blocks from the mall. You have a drug store, mini market, liquor store and Starbucks only 1 block away. The only issue I had was with deposit options. You can only use blick or PayPal. The need to have more options

Beautiful room with some great design making it feel big and spacious. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Good location near the old town and walkable for restaurants. Friendly staff.

Right in the heart of Old Town, everything within walking distance. Not your fancy big Hotel, but this was exactly what I needed, just a clean and quiet place to stay, excellent coffee and variety shows every night with a very well stocked bar. Nice quiet little garden area to hang out, and a kitchen area open for all the guests

The accommodations were terrific and we loved our balcony. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and were able to accommodate a room upgrade and late checkout. The hotel is also pretty close to the central train station which was a plus. We spent the previous night in a well known, 5-star hotel but ended up enjoying the room, the food, the staff, and the general atmosphere of The Royal Tulip much more! My girlfriend said eating chicken will never be the same again after her lunch, and with the open air kitchen in the restaurant you get to see how a truly professional kitchen operates. We visit Warsaw a few times a year and agree that we might have found our go-to hotel.
