Breakfast was wonderful. A lovely historic hotel.

The apartment was beautiful and in such a great location. Easy walk to Prague Castle and Old Town. Right on the transit line so easy trip to anywhere in the city. The owner met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed. We were a group a 7 and would definitely stay again if we needed the space.

I like hotels with charm and character. This antique filled hotel fit the bill and was a great price (when booked well in advance). We stayed three nights. I was given a nice room upgrade to a suite. It is a great, central location. Service at the hotel was excellent. Some small complaints. No amenities like hair conditioner. Also, as others have mentioned, they tacked on a service charge at check out. I do not consider this a normal practice and find it slightly misleading. The sheets and pillows were okay but could have been nicer. I would say it is a four star hotel, not five. Overall, I think it was great overall value and would not hesitate in staying here again.
