Great location (less than 10 minutes from the gate of Big Bend National park, very convenient for those who want to go to the park after dark to do star gazing). Very convenient access and good facilities. Very clear communications from the host. If only the sofa bed wasn’t that squishy (which made my son sleep not very well), I would give it a perfect 5.

Big Bend-Terlingua trip

I received a text on the morning of our arrival giving me directions and what I needed to check in. Got to the casita, used the key pad and was very pleased. Very comfortable and very nice room. Coffee and clean towels daily. Decor and furniture was impressive. Very quiet and centrally located in Terlingua.

Disgusting

The bedding was so bad. I couldn’t sleep at all the first night we were there. I got clean bedding the next am and changed sheets myself and found bugs and dirty sheets as I don’t think they were clean at all so gross. I was sick the next day and we ended up leaving 2 days early. It was a nightmare experience. I brought my own pillows as well and had to throw them away because they had absorbed that awful smell as well! So disappointing because it was such a cute place and we drove 7 hours to get there !

We love the location of the property for all the things we wanted to do in the area. We had Casita #1. It was like a full service "airbnb" minus the kitchen and stove. Lovely. Thank you.

Amazing place

Owner communicates well! Have a great list of local restaurants. Room was exactly as pictured. Plenty of towels. Bed comfy also! If ever back in this area would definitely come again. Sunrise, sunset and stargazer dream place

We originally planned to stay 2 nights and then rent a teepee, but we loved it so much that we booked an additional night. Check in was easy and the property management was easy to reach. We had concerns with some noisy neighbors, but they handled it quickly. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious for two. The bathroom shower was the icing! It was tough having to conserve water with such a beautiful shower. Check out the pics! We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
