The hotel.is very nice breakfast very good helpful staff .

Great hotel, recommended.

Clean room but shower not great. Difficult to get into (bathtub with tall walls) and shower head is really a hand held shower. Sub-optimal water pressure. But breakfast was large buffet and rooftop view did not disappoint. Hotel is closer to a 3-star by North American standards.

The standout feature of this hotel was the staff. Helpful, efficient, courteous, and always friendly and welcoming. Location was excellent for the key tourist sites and there are quite a few good places to eat nearby. The rooftop bar had no barman so wasn't operating, though you could get drinks in the lobby and take them up there. The 'garden room' was disappointing, but technically I think it was outside, with a cover over it. Airport collection service was very good. Breakfast buffets we excellent, as were the breakfast staff. Room was very comfortable and adequately spacious for two. Shower was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you all the Aprilis staff :-)

Clean, comfortable rooms with the most friendly and helpful reception staff. Spectacular views of the Blue Mosque from the breakfast room and terrace.

It was a very unique small scale grand hotel in the historic center of Istanbul. Beautifully maintained and authentic property. The head concierge Omer was delightful and most accommodating. The staff at the desk and the Bell Captain were polite and gracious. I would recommend their restaurant on the top level.
