I only encountered one staff person at the front desk. She seemed to be doing it all. We had the room right next to front desk and our noisy neighbors kept us up until 2:30 a.m. Breakfast was less than desirable, probably because the one kitchen staff was outside texting on her phone and not even in the building which left the front desk staff trying to assist. The bagels were stale, only one side of the toaster worked, the coffee was room temperature. I will not stay at this property again.

Very Nice Hotel
Best Western Covered Bridge Inn is a very clean and well run hotel. Very close to interstate 70. Breakfast was excellent. Particularly loved the make your own pancakes as they came down a conveyor onto your plate. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an average Hotel charging 4 star prices. I won’t stay again. The breakfast machine broke, The towels were old and thin. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner containers were empty. Breakfast options were minimal. The desk people and cleaners were good. The hotel needs to invest in upgrading the customer service areas.

The bed was so uncomfortable that af3 1 hiur of tossing and turning, I tried to sleep on the couch. The problem with the couch is that it is not long enough to stretch out and there wasn't an extra blanket and I wouldn't pull the blanket off of him. He stayed in the bed but said that his entire body hurts as does mine.

My husband and I frequent Best Western hotels often, and we have never experienced a problem. This hotel was clean and the staff friendly. However, the room was NOISY, and my husband and I didn't feel very safe. We could hear every noise...EVERY noise coming from the rooms on either side of us as well as those above us, and people were coming in and out of the side entrance, slamming doors, at all hours of the night. This left us feeling unsafe. We did not reach out to the front desk, as we were fearful of retaliation. In addition, there was a fairly loud "clicking" sound in our room that continued throughout the night. Selection of food was good if you went into downtown Brazil.
