The room was nice, large, comfortable. The hotel is under renovation in the hallway areas. The price for hotels in Terre Haute Indiana is ridiculously high.

Great extended stay.
Staff both day and night were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 11 days on business. Breakfast was great. And I appreciated having it available They were remodeling but everything was clean.

Hotel is under remodel so everything seems like wet paint. New beds were comfortable but the metal bed frames made a clanging sound any time you bumped them. Upon check in the clerk seemed to be more interested in coloring a picture in the corner of the lobby than working the front desk. At breakfast the attendant just stood at the door staring at us. We felt as if she wanted to be done for the day. We got to breakfast at 8:20 and were gone by 8:45, with ending time at 9am

I was not a fan at all. This location is remodeling however it looks like a cheap band aid job. The vision is there but someone is definitely cutting corners to cut cost. Painting over things that have not been fixed and these are things in the room not the overall building that has signs saying excuse this mess. Amongst other things here are a few things that I dealt with: the tub did not drain water properly, bedding/shower curtain/towels were stained, construction began at 3:45am on the floor above mine and woke me out of my sleep. The room served its purpose for the night I needed but never again.

The furniture was extremely damaged and outdated, the bathroom was horrible. If I was not staying there for offroading, where I expected to come back to the hotel tired and dirty, I would have chose anywhere else.

Major “construction” going on limiting functionality. The entire place was messy. Hallways dirty. First desk person we encountered was not knowledgeable or friendly. 2nd desk person was knowledgeable and kind and friendly. After booking on Expedia the desk person requested my card at check in and charged an additional fee after he assured me my card would not be charged. The fee was said to be returned to my card within 24 hours. It was not. It was a small fee but we were assured the card would not be charged they just needed to see the physical card we used to pay through Expedia. Would not recommend staying in this facility.
