Reception clerk was excellent He referred places to get good food and even printed off details for us. However he said we were the first to stay in the newly remodeled room. Final inspection failed. plugs did not work, lights either. i left a list at checkout

Price is very right. Room seemed up to date, but small. Heating unit was a bit on the noisy side when it kicked on, but it did not hamper our sleep. Bed was very good and mattress seemed new. If you plug your phone charger into the outlets on the near the bed or on the nightstand, and turn off the lights at the switch, your phone won’t charge because the switch turns off the outlet. Easily remedied by turning sconces off at the sconce and leaving the switch on. In discovering this, I moved the nightstand and it was was pretty dirty under it. Continental breakfast was adequate for a good early start, but nothing hot except some adequate coffee from a machine. There is no closet or dresser in this small room and there was no stand for the suitcase, but there was a full-size ironing board that we used as a place to set our suitcase. We were on first floor and entry was from the outside, which was actually really convenient because we could back right up to the door of the room. Not sure if there is an elevator or just stairs to second floor.

Staff was very friendly and made me feel like if I had any issues, they would be taken care of immediately. Room was A quality and clean. It had everything we needed for an overnight or two stay. The hotel was conveniently located on our way to Branson, Mo. Although I did not get to use the pool, it look very clean. (It was too late and I had to get up early). Great hotel, comfortable beds and room to walk around.

The staff at the front desk was really nice, made our check in very easy. Had problems with our room keys not working multiple times and they immediately keyed us new ones both times. The beds were comfortable. The room was nicely renovated. A couple negatives, breakfast was mostly cereal and muffins but the orange juice was awesome. No big deal, there was a McDonald's and a restaurant across the street. Bathrooms need a grab bar because the tubs are really high. And lastly we didn't know about a damage deposit needed at the hotel of $80. Booking sites need to put that in their hotel information and after a week i haven't gotten it back. Otherwise it was a good hotel with nice renovations to it and a friendly staff.

Nice Stay
I highly recommend this hotel. I arrived very late in the night, the staff greeted me immediately, very friendly and cheerful, got my reservation up, room keys ready and off to my room in 5 minutes. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and my cats loved exploring it for the rest of the night. Breakfast was typical with cereal, burritos, muffins, juice and coffee, but free. Will stay there again in the future.
