Convenient location, friendly staff, and very clean. There was a fair amount of traffic noise you could hear from the room but that was expected given the location.

Because of vehicle mechanical issues, we didn't arrive till 0700. James accommodated us without question and that's appreciated since we've been on the road over 12 hours without sleep. Needless to say, time to rest and recharge

It wasn't really a pleasure trip this time but we like this chain. I have worked in the hotel business long enough to know that no property is perfect no matter how expensive. We had one minor glitch and the staff took care of it quickly and it was greatly appreciated. We checked in just before the "5:30 Kickback" ended and so we were glad we were able to do that. The food was excellent for the Kickback and breakfast.

This hotel is located next to three others such as comfort Inn and La Quinta. When I checked in the staff was average. The room is beyond dated furniture is all nicked up. Wallpaper is coming loose tub shower look like they’re from the 70s. Mattress was OK, but the pillows were about the cheapest ones you can get off of Amazon. They weren’t even the nicer pillows that you get most places anymore and this is supposed to be a premium brand. Save yourself Some money and stay at one of the newly remodel ones around the area. I have been wanting to try this brand for a long time because I’ve always heard it is great. I have no comprehension of why it’s rated so high.
