My only complaint was I was charged 75 dollars for my small well behaved dog. When I asked why I was told because most people try to sneak them in.Why am I being punished for being honest? Besides that the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good good

Staff when we checked out was absolutely terrible ! CALLED and reported I was bringing my service dog . Filled the proper paperwork out when checking it . Was given a " pooch at play" sign to hang on the door ... upon checking out was informed that we did not report having a servie dog . And also was told i would be charged 75 for my room and an additional 75 for my grandmothers room that the dog was seen in another room . Will never ever go back!!!!

After 3 hours in the lobby, we left. The clerk said she didn’t get the confirmation change. The representative from Expedia was very helpful, but the clerk at the hotel kept saying this happens when you book through Expedia. I showed her my confirmation but she said she has to wait till it comes through her computer. What a disappointment
