We left with bed bugs. Ichecked over the bed thoroughly when we checked in and didn't see anything, but we definitely left with bites on us and have been getting bit ever since.

This hotel is much too expensive for what they offer. The pool area was closed. The front door was not accessible. The elevators were old and slow. There was no complimentary breakfast. I did not receive clean towels, clean sheets, or get my room cleaned. Extremely disappointing stay.

The room wasn’t very clean the staff didn’t even know when the ice machine was. It was very stuffy in the hallways. And you got harassed by housekeeping several times before the check out time. They are doing construction across the street very loud. The pool was closed so the kids had nothing to do. List goes on need major improvements

The rooms were nice and spacious. My only complaint was the lack of attentiveness from those who worked behind the desk. We entered the lobby to check in to find one of them playing on his phone. It was not a welcoming or hospitable atmosphere. Disappointed..
