Well I’ve been coming here for the last six years service has been good until you get to the Princess if you have these employees that are young I don’t know how to speak to adult you’re very snotty and attitude I’m thinking about elsewhere cause I don’t feel comfortable no more I got there Fried you have young employee there so very very rude I’ve been honest that I’m writing this to you because I need you to know other than that everything is OK

Room was filthy. Cockroaches were seen. TP was empty when i got to the room. Burn marks all over the blanket. Hallways smelled like smoke from cigarettes and marijuana. Bathroom was in overall bad shape. Room 237 needs alot of maintanence done. Overall, i will steer people away from this hotel. Highly dissapointed

The exterior door at the end of the hallway for accessing rooms has a nonfunctional lock; it has been ripped from its mounting, leaving exposed wires. This not only makes a guest feel unsafe, it also reveals poor standards, and the desk staff was not helpful in addressing it - both unaware and unapologetic. There is also a smell of cigarette smoke in and around my room.

Do not stay here unless you don’t mind dirty conditions. The musty, stale, cigarette smell is overwhelming when you walk in the lobby and in the room. Cigarette burns in the comforter, floor definitely hasn’t been cleaned in years. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the toilet had rust around it. I’m really not sure how it stays open. This place needs to be condemned

My party was only there for a few hours so I can't comment on the breakfast or any overnight issues. Out of multiple reserved rooms, only 1 was without bugs or the smell of either Marijuana or stale mold even after requesting a room change. It is not a 5 star resort, I understand, but smells, bugs, stained bedding and shower head wall covers coming off is a little too far from acceptable conditions for rooms that you pay to stay in. Staff members seemed to be trying to do what they could but with this many issues, I think it will take higher up management to fix a lot of these problems. Booked through Expedia so was told Super 8 couldn't give us any refund. Going to try to get our money back by talking with Expedia as we ended up staying in another hotel that night.

Large Group - Comfortable Room
We traveled from out of state for a large athletic event. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were able to accommodate our large group (6 rooms) with no issues and our athletes slept well. The breakfast was good for the group and offered the basics. This is not a 5 Star establishment, but the desk staff treated everyone like it was. This was our second year using this establishment for our housing on this trip.
