Their boiler system cannot keep up. We had no hot water during our stay and the staff did not care. They called us liars and would not consider any diacount for our inconvenience. The breakfast is pure sugar. Waffles, danishes...the lobby smells like sugar. The renovations they did were sloppy and incomplete. There was mold around the tub, the tile didn’t go to the tub it had a 6 inch gap. The shower head had extra parts and looked unsightly. The only good thing about this place is the bed was comfortable.

Great check in and out. Super friendly staff. Nice big room, clean. Comfortable bed. Even nice small pool and hot tub area. Clearly mgt is trying- however the people who were staying around us, not great. A few men smoking outside their room on the balcony without shirts on, a couple in an argument by the stairs. That sort of thing. Not really the facility’s fault buuut I don’t think I’d stay there again if I had other options.
