The hotel is quiet and has good facilities. They offer a great breakfast. Room was clean but could use some repairs such as the caulking around the shower and the floor of the shower. The towels also need renovating. Overall we were happy with our choice.

Accessible location for all planed destinations.

The flat was modern, well kept, & beautiful. Our host was very responsive & wonderful whenever we had any questions. It was a lovely stay & I’ll stay again!

This hotel is basic at best. The room was dated and the bed only had two pillows. We had to ask for more. While there was A/C, the room was stuffy. We had to open the windows which let in a lot of noise. The TV in the room only got one channel, which was spotty. The WiFi also was very spotty in the room. When we inquired, the staff was indifferent. Breakfast is provided but the quality is mediocre. The location is walkable to all of old town and the river but the hotel is on a very loud party street.

The exterior of the hotel, while beautiful (because all of Old Town Riga is incredibly beautiful), conceals elegance. The decorators have expertly emphasized the beautiful historical architecture while maintaining modern elegance. The friendly staff were very accomodating with all our needs. Breakfast was exceptional with a fresh buffet as well as an assortment of hot menu items to order.

The hotel is well located to walk to all the main areas and sights and close to the stop for the airport bus as well as the main shopping complex. The room was clean, pleasant and a reasonable size.

It’s just another average big chain hotel that wants to monetize everything . There weren’t any amenities like bath robes etc . Location is convenient but other than that nothing special . In my opinion It doesn’t merit the high ratings that it has .
