I was very please with the staff, service I received the room was clean and comfortable it was quiet it’s located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. I highly recommend this place and it’s just 40 minutes from Salem and Boston 👍

Unsafe and dirty
Lots of smoking, vaping and MJ in the hotel. Very dirty and my family felt very unsafe here. So unsafe, that we left after 20 minutes.

The worst check in experience of my life. The lady working at the front desk kept talking about how immigrants have taken over this country and how she fully supports a certain presidential candidate because they will definitely clean up this country and that the hotel was full of homeless illegal immigrants supported by the government. Then she went on to ask why we decided to get a room at this hotel in the first place, asked for everyone that was staying in the room (3 total) to show ID which was the first time I was ever asked that, she said it is every hotels policy to ask for IDs but at this point I didn’t want to argue so everyone just showed IDs. Either she was having a really bad day or she just hates the job but in either case I would think it shouldn’t fall on the guest to experience their frustration. The room itself was ok, nothing really special about it but it was clean.

Room was clean. Check-in experience was negative. We were not told until arrival that the hotel was cashless. We were not told at check in order to get clean towels for the room we had to turn in the soiled ones before 8:30 am to pick up clean ones later, we found out when we inquired about clean towels when we returned in the evening. Ther was no ice machine at all on the facilities. The most serious proem was the phone in the room did not work, we could not call down for information or to ask questions, and it presented a danger to guests in event of fire or emergency, no one would be able to find out what was going on. We were there 3 nights and it was not fixed during our stay. We would not stay there again.
