No WiFi connectivity in room to work on phone or laptop. Poor cell signal. No internet based TV apps working. Made to call tech support myself. No resolution. Manager unable to provide local tech support number. Returned the next night at 8 PM. No one fixed the problem. Had to chase them to resolve wasting another hour of my night. Poor service.

All the staff we encountered at this property were extremely friendly. The building is in great shape, and located in a quiet little business park. There is a lot of space to walk dogs. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no free coffee. Other properties I've stayed in had coffee available around the clock, which I find to be a very nice touch, and this property did have some cool beverages available at all times so it doesn't seem like it would be a stretch to have coffee. But I would 100% stay here again if in the area.

When I booked my room I specifically asked for a first floor room. On arrival I was told there are only conference rooms on the first floor and was put on the highest floor. The next day I noticed there are many first floor rooms. When I brought that to the attention of a manager he said the woman who checked us in was new and didn't know anything about the hotel. The restaurant was not open the hours it posted. For breakfast I asked to get a bagel and the staff told me I had to pay $16 for the buffet to get the bagel. Also they took $100 dollars for incidentals and when asked when I would get the money back they said banks are slow. I do not recommend this hotel!

Exactly like the photos, everything is fresh. The property is well maintained. Rooms are up to date. I never actually interacted with the staff. I checked in via the app went to my room and used my digital key. Then checked out via the app. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone without any reservations in doing so. Also right off the highway, close to some quick foods and fuel.
