Kicked out by racist black clerk
Was threatened by front desk clerk that she was going to call her boyfriend over to straighten me up because she didn’t check me in properly and we ended up getting kicked out my disabled wife and dog. The boyfriend hung out in the lobby most of the night with her and she was the worst hotel clerk in all my years of travel. I shouldn’t have to be treated that way and the whole thing was calculated and planned by this racist clerk who thought her boyfriend would solve the issue and then gets the manager on the phone who tells us to leave for the safety of her employees.

The concierge was amazing. They staff out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and extremely accommodating. Even after i thought or need were met, they still continued to try to be helpful. They literally made us feel like we wanted to stay longer but we had to get to our next destination.

This was my first time traveling to Texarkana and randomly picked this hotel for two nights. When we drove in, seeing department stores and restaurants around. I was amazed and surprised. The hotels and nearby parking lots are trucks (18-wheelers) friendly! Staff called Ebony (Eboni) was very nice, sweet and helpful! During our stays, we didn't hear much noise at night. The only thing I didn’t like so far was the tub and sink drainage was very slow. Other than that, i rate them 90/100!!!!
