I reserved the room with Expedia that gave me the option to pay at the hotel, which I was paying cash, but the hotel still charged my card. Then reversed it, but I still have to wait 3-4 business days for it to return to my account. Not a good thing for me. I don't understand why they do this.

Overall fine for what we needed. Only complaint is that stairways were dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time - lots of mud and squashed fruit loops. Rooms were fine and staff was helpful/friendly.

Took 20 min to get anyone down to check us in, after they called the afternoon same day asking for payment ahead of time to keep my room which I’m shocked I reserved it two months prior… bathroom was filthy don’t let the dark shower walls fool you there was pubic hair and something smeared all over the wall of shower.
