The room was not well maintained

Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had breakfast for an additional fee which we didn't get but looked good. If we ever visit Hanoi again we will definitely return to Acoustic where they go above and beyond to assist you. We were beyond pleased with our stay here.

10/10

Great spot in the middle of the city with many things walking distance from hotel. Good places for food, breakfast/ lunch/ dinner as well as for shopping. Great view from room as well. Staff was awesome and very friendly.

We stayed four nights. Very friendly staffs. Healthy breakfasts, included in the cost of the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE WIFI AND SIM that are referred by the hotel manager/staff. We paid 800K VND for a WIFI device and 300K VND for a phone sim. The 300K VND seemed to work, but the 800K VND WIFI device was useless. We even exchanged to try the second one, but it was still useless. Sim and WIFI for 30 days are lot cheaper everywhere.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The furniture in the room is a bit dated but a nice place to stay overall.

A total disappointment; I decided to upgrade from my previous hotel in Hanoi by paying more, yet this one turned out worse. The shower flooded, the bath mat was stained, and the breakfast was unremarkable.
