A good place if need a place quickly but the property desperately needs fixing. Half of the Bathroom mirror was cracked, some water marking in ceiling at front door and no door for the toilet/bathroom area which was near the front door. Owner who was at reception for book in was nice. A lot of dubious people staying there though, not good for a female staying alone.

Dirty and unkept. Dangerous stairs and loose railings. No spare pillows or blankets. No biscuits for coffee..The worst motel I have ever stayed in.

Very run down and old, very noisy and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again even tho it’s in prime location. Bed was old and uncomfortable, tv barely worked, bathroom was old and the bath/ shower looked dirty and had hair in it. When I called to check if we could check in early the last answered the phone with just hello so I was confused and thought I’d random the wrong number.

Room to improve and good staff and owner
I enjoyed staff and owner friendly service and good location, But it needs to complete renovation while some still half done. I will go again next time to see it completely renovated.

The location is fantastic, very walkable to the main shops. Our family room was clean, sps hood, has hot water, fridge, microwave and kettle plus small tv. Value for money

Property very run down room had sticky tape holding the shower taps together bed linen old bathroom light not working flouro light was exposed cover off night manager was rude good location with some tlc to each room would be a great hotel

Couldn’t lock the glass sliding door. Black mould in the bath room which has made me very very sick with acute respiratory condition . The bed had completely collapsed . Destroyed my back . Teenage girls running and screaming in the corridors at 10:15 at night . Night manager not interested. I had to vacate the room at 22:30 on the second night of my prepaid stay due to intolerable conditions of the facility. So with that I insist on a full refund .!

Was over charged for my room which had a broken door, broken cupboards, leaking water. Staff at front desk wouldn't answer my phone call to rectify this. Would never stay here again

This hotel is very unhygienic had dirty unwear in my room on arrival and drug paraphernalia all over the resorts. Super unsafe its a disgrace and should be closed down

Rooms stated no smoking with a fine of $350 but bedclothes smelled of cigarettes and smloke detectors had been covered up. The blacony door was wide open when arrived and found it impossible to close. The tennis court had a net half ripped apart and weeds throughout the surface. Thr bath and shover were stained. No one was at reception when arriving or departing. Extremely noisy all night, it seemed drug affected or alcohol affected people were around the site with lobby doors opened all night without a receptionist. Dog barking all night too. The hotel charged $221 even after I paid Last Minute my $20 deposit. Absolutely hated the place as its very rundiwn and other potential guests should beware.

Lovely location, very comfy bed. Great room, but 6 flights of stairs( we are elderly) The motel needs a lot of restoration . Very old( must have been very grand when built) but needs repairs, painting etc

The pictures shown of the property need to be updated as it is very run down and looks like it has been that way for a long time. The main entrance smelt and walking through the corridors we could smell cigarette smoke. The tap in our bathroom fell off whilst showering. There were holes in our ceiling. The remotes to the air conditioning unit and tv didn’t have enough batteries so we had to keep swapping them to use them. Someone knocked on our door at 11.30pm and woke us up. The pool wasn’t clean. The vending machine only had a couple of random items in it. The front desk is not manned 24/7. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your money
