The Entrance Vacation Packages

Excellent communication. Great value for money. Helpful staff. Great toom. Dated interior and stains on carpet were only negative. Would happily recommend.

We were so looking forward to staying here the reception was lovely however moving up to the room the room was not as described it was tired , dirty skirting boards bathroom was very poor not as described we asked to be moved . This took four days ! We got moved to a higher floor the lift wasn’t working there was only two ! The new room had been refurbished the bathroom was a lot better but stunk of sewage we then complained the manager was rude to us with this we left the hotel . We were extremely disappointed. We eventually got some of our money back but this was extremely difficult and very stressful

This hotel is in a fantastic location and it is a very nice hotel but it should not be billed as a 5 star luxury hotel. It is really a 3.5 star hotel. The biggest complaints are no elevator, they do have a dumb waiter for bags. The windows are single pane (barely). When people walk ups and down the Suez Canal or Nurses walk you can hear every conversation. There is a bar behind the property that gets loud as well. Next is no bottled water but the staff did tell me I could feel free to drink out of the sink in the room or go to the bar and get it from the tap there. Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it to friends or family…no, not billed as a luxury hotel.

Good location Lovely staff Its a shame there was not a wardrobe in room.as we stayed there for over 2 weeks and struggled to find room for clothes so had to live out of the suitcase Other than that would recommend

The staff are always courteous and happy to assist with any requests. The location is ideal, being walking distance to all of Sydney's attractions. Plus the light rail is very close if walking isn't your style.
