I normally don’t write reviews but I am!! Everyone must experience what we did!! Absolutely amazing! Cabin was very clean and relaxing. I can’t express enough how awesome the staff was and the food was yummy!!! So if you are needing a great getaway definitely 100% stay here!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!! My husband and I just stayed overnight for our anniversary at the Gold Mine Hotel and Restaurant in Idaho City. They allowed us to bring our small dog, which was important to us. The small cabin was delightful, very clean, nicely decorated & very affordable compared to other options in the area. Our's had a king bed, TV, A/C, small refrigerator and microwave. We sat out on the cute porch in the evening after having a yummy dinner (and dessert which was on the house for our occasion). They even offered to start a campfire outside near our cabin for us. Would definitely recommend staying here and will go back.

The room was clean and comfy. It would be nice to have a small kitchenette and microwave. The bar was closed while we weee there for a private party so I have no idea what it is like. The music late at night coming from the bar was a little annoying. Staff was nice and welcoming.
