You cannot get to this hotel by vehicle which I didn’t know ahead of time. They “contacted us” on WhatsApp which I don’t have. Our driver once realizing you cannot reach by vehicle dropped us off at the bottom of the hill and said it’s up there. The phone number doesn’t reach anybody so after wandering around up the hills and down the hills for over an hour we finally found some nice person that could help us. He directed us to the hotel. it takes 20 minutes when you know where you’re going to get to the hotel up and down steep steps. We finally got the hotel and the room was not ready. We waited for 2 1/2 hours. Once we were told the room was ready, We went to have a look. When we tried to use the hot tub it was dirty with somebody else’s rose petals. There are no roses in the vicinity. There is no toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work, the TV was wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working, the coffee maker wasn’t working. Nothing was as it was advertised. The staff was not able to help with anything. We were never able to get anybody on the phone or speak to a manager. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful property with spectacular Caldera views. A number of restaurants nearby. Great staff.

Although I was only in Santorini for two days…this was an amazing stay. I really went to Santorini for one thing - the view from Imerovigli over the ocean. The Cocoon Suites have an amazing view and the rooms are well appointed and the little plunge pools make the stay that much more AMAZING. I spent the whole day just lounging and sitting in my little pool, staring at the horizon. Breakfast was brought to the patio to enjoy looking out at the view…breakfast was amazing and brought at the time you request. Joanna - at the front desk - was not only amazing at coordinating my transfers, but tending to all my asks. She made an amazing reservation for me at a fantastic restaurant and got me on the once a year, volcanic eruption simulation boat cruise. I can’t rave enough about this stay. Well worth the quick trip to Santorini.

Great experience n the best view!

Good. however the room we got wasnt as shown as the picture, slightly different. Also there were lack of amnities in the room. No kettle, mugs, plates or cutlery whatsoever. The toilet design is cute however very inconvenient to shower in and no place to put my shower things in there. also inconvenient when staying as a family as no privacy for the toilet and showers. there were some stairs to get to the property however luckily not too many as we had too many baggages breakfast options were limted too. otherwise in a good location, next to a car rental place too which is the best way to see santorini, but avoid renting cars if in the peak season as harder to drive and get around with all the traffic
