The hotel was really beautiful, breakfast was great very good selection, stuff are really friendly and helpful rooms are very clean, also great location only 3 min walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and shops options and close to bus stations travel to Fira. We had the best time as a family of three.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Grand Ambassador in Akrotiri, Santorini. This hotel advertises itself as a 5-star property, but my experience did not reflect that standard. The room had an ants problem. I reported it to the staff and the manager, but nothing was done to resolve the issue during my stay. It's unacceptable to ignore a basic cleanliness concern like this. Though they cleaned everyday but it never took care of the ants. They needed to hire a company and spray the property. The hotel also advertises king-size beds, but the bed in my room was actually a queen, which was misleading. The manager argued it was a king and send someone else to measure. Come to find out the bed IS a queen size. He stated that he order king size and thats what he received. I paid for a king size bed not a queen. He didnt bother of trying to find another room or make it right. In addition, several fixtures in the room were outdated or in poor condition, making the room feel poorly maintained. The property was amazing with a beautiful panoramic view. The floor staff was super friendly. For a hotel that is advertising to be 5 stars, I expected much better service, maintenance, and honesty . Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, the room had stained bed sheets and towels, and it was clear that at least one of the bed sheets had not been changed. After reporting the issue, it took about an hour for housekeeping to bring clean linens and towels, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Cleanliness should never be something guests have to question. The amenities were also lacking. The entire hotel had only one iron for all guests, so you had to request it and wait until it became available. This was extremely inconvenient, especially for travelers getting ready for dinner or excursions. The pool area was another disappointment. There was no staff available to provide towels or assist guests, and the lounge chairs were old, worn out, and ripped, making the space feel neglected. The staff was also very rude and lacked the professionalism and hospitality you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

This resort was beautiful. Unfortunately, we were too busy to enjoy the pools except for a bit on the first day. The views from the property were hard to beat. There is a bus stop directly across from the resort; however, we paid to use the car rental from the resort when we traveled to Oia. We ate breakfast every day here, and there were several great options. Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked ok. We felt very safe with our teenagers at this property.

The amenities and service were top notch 5 star category. Beautiful views, excellent service amenities and breakfast and immaculate in cleanliness! Best hotel so far in Greece!

What an incredible place! So lucky to have found this gem and stay here. The rooms and private tub/ pool are amazing and the staff top notch. Beautiful property in a great area , quiet, clean and incredibly friendly staff. The food was also excellent at the restaurant on site. We will be back for sure ! ❤️
