Furniture old continental breakfast limited lighting not good. They need to upgrade because the bathroom toilet rusted. Odor smell old for the price they need to fix the rooms I was told my room was the best one which was not satisfactory but I stayed because I didn’t know the area and the mall was right across the parking lot. The advertisement photo is not how this place looks at all

Ask for a non-smoking room and this room has a horrible smell of cigarettes and I am a person who suffers from asthma, it is unacceptable for me to sleep in a room like that, the bathroom was very dirty and deteriorated... it really is the worst stay I have ever had in my life.

I could see daylight around my door when closed. Patches on drywall in room. Outside walkway was so dirty. Almost walk away but was not sure where we would stay. Will never go again.

Worst room I have ever had
We got there and they're doing construction on the top floor and you're on the bottom floor so all your hearing is banging and the room smelled because something they're doing something with a sewer lines then we went to customer service so we could tell them we're leaving and they said well we can't cancel your room cuz it's under hotel.com I called hotel.com they said they had to call the place they called the place they said they had to wait for a manager and two days later they said I couldn't get a refund because the manager would not do it so hotel.com sucks too so if I was you I wouldn't do neither one of this place or hotel.com

Needs improvement
AC worked well. The room was out of date, need improvement inside, found a couple spiders crawling around on the wall. The snacks in the vending machine needs to be updated with new snacks.
