Yes. Very clean. Check in last night wasn’t pleasant. No luggage carts available at 10:30 last night. Clerk did not offer to help us find any. We ended up carrying 5 pieces of luggage up to our room on 2nd floor. We’re in our late 70’s

The facility was nice and clean. However there was a baseball team staying next to us and above us. The kids were running up and down the hallway until 4:30 in the morning. Alerted the front desk but nothing changed. Managing the mouse level needs drastic improvement.

Best surprise is no surprise. Everything was good. I don’t understand why so my places, not just hotels think a fregarance help. So many people including myself is very sensitive to smells. There is nothing wrong with fresh and clean smell. Only reason for a heavy fragrance is to cover up a stink that should have been cleaned up. A heavy fragrance says to me their covering something up. From the moment you walked in the door, hallways and including the room.
