The receptionist who checked me in was friendly. The room temperature and bed were comfortable. The refrigerator kept my drinks cold. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The Wi-Fi was easy to activate. I didn't like the fact that all I did was defecate in the toilet and it was clogged. Also, when I called the front desk for help, I waited an hour and a half. After that, I had to call the front desk again to get someone up to fix the toilet. I felt that was VERY unprofessional.

Drury Inn checks all the boxes
Very accomadating , bed was nice as well. Staff friendly a loved the extras of buttered popcorn a kickback hour. Only change is they should remove carpet an put vinyl flooring for animals.

My family and I stayed for 1 night while passing through. The area around the hotel is very busy with traffic especially since it is right off of the interstate. But with that said, it was conveniently located right off the interstate so we didn’t have to travel far off course. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing that caught my eye that could use improvement was the dining area during breakfast was dirty. The tables weren’t being wiped down after being used and the buffet table set out with the food wasn’t picked up after either, in the mean time there were 4-5 staff members “hanging out” by the pancake table talking when they could have kept up on tidiness. I’m not at all saying the facility was dirty or gross, it was very clean, but I would suggest employees keep up with keeping the dining area tidy for guests coming down for breakfast.
