I booked the property for my family and I to attend my aunt's funeral, however, we were looking forward to enjoying the pool while we were in town visiting (from Miami). Needless to say, the pool was drained and not in use so that was a big disappointment for everyone, especially my 5- and 8-year-old boys. When we got to the room, we noticed that two of the pillowcases on the pillows were dirty, like someone had stepped on them or something, the coffee in the pots in the lobby was cold, we stayed in room 327, the water in the tub drained out extremely slow, this just wasn't a pleasant stay at all. I've stayed here a couple of times before and had no issues, but this stay was totally different, I was very disappointed.

This Hampton Inn is not up to par. The bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean, tv was fine. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The mini fridge did not work. there were broken baseboards. The elevators were dirty. I would stay here again but I usually expect excellence at Hampton Inn!
